Yesterday, I ate a very healthy day's worth of food.  Right before bed I ended up having a huge blood sugar issue (I tend to be hypoglycemic).  Didn't eat anything that should have triggered it!!

Today, I tried to cook a sweet potato (so I could get more potassium, and other stuff VitaBot says I need)...I ended up coming darn close to starting a fire, creating noxious fumes, and killed the microwave.  I am extremely lucky my family was home and said 'what is burning?' - I can't smell and would have ended up with the house on fire!

I REALLY think the universe wants me FAT!

Hello everyone!
Well, it's not looking good - my computer doesn't seem to like me today (I couldn't access my email on it). Ugh!
However, I will not let it stop me! Julia and I are heading to our Vitabot class - here's hoping that goes well :)
